Booking Policy

 

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance please see the booking page for instructions. A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

 

Deposits

Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the policy window.

 

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.

 

No Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment, please come alone to your appointment unless prior arrangements are made.

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without notice may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

 

 

Lash FAQ

 

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions last 2–4 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.

 

Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?

No. When applied correctly and cared for properly, lash extensions do not damage natural lashes.

 

Can I wear mascara?

Mascara is not recommended with lash extensions, especially waterproof mascara.

 

How long is the appointment?

Full sets typically take 2–3 hours, while fills take 60–90 minutes.

 

Who should avoid lash extensions?

Clients with eye infections, recent eye surgery, or adhesive allergies should consult their lash technician before booking.

Before Your Appointment

 

To ensure the best results, please arrive prepared:

 

• Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes

• Remove contact lenses...REQUIRED

• Avoid caffeine right before your appointment (reduces eye fluttering)

• Plan to relax — appointments can take 2.5 hours Max

 

During Your Appointment

 

You will lie comfortably with your eyes closed while individual lash extensions are applied to your natural lashes.

 

Many clients use this time to nap or relax.

 

Aftercare Instructions

 

Proper aftercare helps your lashes last longer.

 

For the first 24 hours avoid:

 

• Water

• Steam

• Saunas

• Heavy workouts

 

Daily care tips:

 

• Clean lashes with a lash-safe cleanser

• Brush gently with a spoolie

• Avoid oil-based products

• Do not rub or pull your lashes

• Sleep on your back or side if possible

 

Lash Fill Maintenance

 

Because natural lashes shed, fills are needed to maintain your look.

 

Recommended fill schedule:

 

• 2 weeks: best retention

• 3 weeks: moderate refill

• 4+ weeks: usually requires a new full set
